Fine, but not good. Actual workers were good, but communication was poor. Over billed us on hours and when we asked for a breakdown by day/person we were told that is not something they provide. The invoice for the work was sent almost 3 months after the job and was promptly followed with very rude phone calls. I'd go with Pacific Heating and Sheet Metal in Morro Bay.
John arrived early and I appreciated his efficiency and his education. I’ll definitely work with SLOCO in the future. Thank you John.
Daniel was knowledgeable, friendly, explained things well. He was doing some diagnostics for our system. He was thorough, and neat.
Nathan showed up promptly at the appointed time. He did a diagnostic of my gas fireplace, explained his findings and got it up and running. He also took the time to clean everything and make it look like new. I’m very satisfied with the service, friendliness and professionalism. A+ recommendation.
SLOCO Heating and Cooling were responsive, proactive, professional and efficient. I’m very happy with their work fixing and iced up AC unit
