Helpful, sweet, good communication. You can tell they really care. I took my wife's wedding rings in because they had some chemical reaction happening on them that ruined them. They put a lot of work and trying and trying again to get the rings to shine again. Ultimately they brought the rings back to life and now they're very beautiful. Had my complicated wedding ring fixed here. It had been done two times at other places and they were unable to fix it leaving terrible gaps. Sloan was able to completely fix it. It looks sparkly and new. Very happy with it. All the ladies are very helpful and friendly.
