I purchased a dress here in August for my bridal shower that I ended up not wearing. I knew the 10 day exchange policy but called anyways to see if I could exchange it. After explaining I never wore it due to losing more weight, the tags still on it and receipt still in the bag and the manager said she'd make an exception and let me exchange it. It's rare to find such excellent customer service these days and this store has forever earned my business. I can't wait to come back to shop!
