I don’t understand why your slogan is “one stop shopping for every woman” when you only go up to a size 12. The average American woman wears a size 16 now so only going up to size 12 doesn’t even come close to being a store “for every woman.” Obviously you can sell whatever size clothes you want, but the idea that you are an inclusive store for every woman is not accurate.

I was visiting Portland from Anchorage, Alaska and I wanted to shop! The ladies (Lauren and Tateum) were AMAZING! I walked in and simply said I need warm weather friendly dress and business casual clothes, and poof I had the large fitting room saved for my shopping adventure. I had outfits put together for me, suggested pieces to put with multiple other pieces... just simply put, the best customer service I have received in forever. I will be going back whenever I visit town... thank you for a pleasant shopping trip ladies �
Do not shop here. I was lied to about returns. I specifically asked about the return policy and was told I could. When I went to return something i was then told I could only return for IN STORE CREDIT. For in store credit you get nothing but a tiny piece of receipt paper and are told it's "in their system," and I received little proof that I have any credit with them. Buyer beware.
