I came in today to look at bikes and get some advice for a novice like me, being a bigger guy I asked staff for help finding the right bike to fit my needs. All of my questions were answered without hesitation, and I even got to test out the bike outback of the shop. Absolutely outstanding customer service...
Totally out standing customer service. So glad such an amazing bike shop has finally opened in Bangor. I am not a very good biker, but I definitely will be getting into it more and more because Corey, Jason and all of the crew there are phenomenal with the friendly atmosphere they provide. They go so very far above and beyond the typical to help the customer with anything remotely bike related.
I needed repair.on my bike.carrier in a hurry. Jason and Corey went out.of their.way.to order the parts and get them to me. They are awesome! Thank you!

Awesome shop with awesome staff! My first bike purchase was smooth and fair. I recommend these guys if you are looking for a nice bike or some accessories
Honest, helpful, great group of guys. Very quick turnaround on repairs to keep you moving. Doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned veteran this shop had a very welcoming atmosphere
