Every time I have been in to their store they are friendly, helpful and do whatever they can to help you get just what you need without pushing the most expensive product they carry. 2 months ago I had purchased some pedals from them and one of them had an issue. My girlfriend took the pedal in and they graciously replaced it on the spot without question and when they didn't have the exact pedal they replaced it with a better set and even put them on for her no questions asked. Everyone is nice and helpful and not just looking to sell you something. I am so glad we bought our bikes from Slipping Gears! The service after the sales is also top notch. Thanks Jason!!

Great experience buying my 4 year old's first bike. They adjusted it for him and we're awesome letting him try it out and get comfortable wth it in the store. Gave me peace of mind that it was the right one for him. Very knowledge staff. Highly recommend.

Bought a cheap bike from Amazon that I put together myself. Knew it wasn't anything fancy but I brought it in for a tune up around 3 p.m. and they had it ready for me first thing in the morning. Rides like a totally different bike. I'll definitely be back in the future to get something better.
