I contacted Slip Free systems about 3 weeks ago to see if they would service my home as it was, to me, very outside of their service area. Not only did they agree to do it but they were quick and clear in their communication. Their price was fair and their crew showed up early each day. They were extremely professional and courteous in their interactions with me. Slip Free has a friendly knowledgeable staff that explained all details of our garage floor epoxy job. We did have some problems with bubbles in the epoxy due to concrete problems - this happened twice. But Slip Free stood behind their work and corrected the problem immediately. Sadly not all companies are conscientious and stand behind their work - but Slip Free did - a company with integrity. Our floors are great - Thank You!
I rarely find a company that meets my every expectation but Slip Free Systems not only met my expectations but exceeded them. The price was right and they delivered everything they promised. They even cleaned the area around where they were working before they left and when we damaged the floor with a backhoe they came out the next day and made the repair at no charge. This is a company with integrity and they were easy and pleasant to deal with.
