As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and the young lady at the front was new but seemed to be learning very quickly she got my order 100% correct and was just as friendly as can be. The team at this location seems to click very well. This will now be my new favorite chicken place.
The staff was nothing short of excited to see us! They busily cleaned the booths around us, and always offered to bring us more drinks. Unfortunately, the food just is not good. Not even the tea is good. Between us we had several items, Nothing can really compensate for bad food at a restaurant, though. I mean, that's why we're there.
Went out of my way to go to Slim Chickens for two take out salads.....got all the way back to my office close to Elm Springs Rd only to discover I had FRIED and not grilled chicken. Vey disappointing. Called the store and they sent me out gift cards! Very nice.
My first time eating and and I LOVED it. Best wings I've ever had. Their fried mushrooms are perfect! You won't be disappointed.
It was good the fried pickles were great
The last 2 times we have order food it took 22 mins to receive our food the manger who is about 17 has no clue what to do for customer service. While I waited for salad and 5pcs tender meal several people received there food before me who came after me . also while waiting a man came in from the drive thru and did not receive the okra he order but paid for .manger charged him again . makes you wonder how many others have paid twice and who is pocketing the extra .when we did finally did receive our food the one order with fr... read more
Chicken is always fresh and tender, fries crispy, and the salads are outstanding.
