I arrive well ahead of time for my appointment. But, the entrance was too vague, I spent almost 10 minutes figuring out how to get in their basement suite. When they advertise their address as 700 Slige Ave. you would think the entrance is in the front. But, it simply is NOT in the front and there is NO SIGN that directs you to come on the side - even if you finally entered inside the lobby area and look around for any direction.
