Pros: Affordable boat and trailer storage, auto payment via credit card, spacious lot, friendly staff, and 24 hour access to your boat and trailer. The only negative is that the driveway needs some serious drainage work. It's littered with potholes because it's a dirt/gravel driveway. Other than that it's great.
