Room had maintenance issues. Asked for first floor because disable vet. That didn't happen. Very poor service at the restaurant. Requested to speak to general manager, that didn't happen either.
Great location, wonderful staff, and wonderful activities.
Had a great time at the balloon festival this Easter weekend. The VIP package was worth it to be able to see the balloons on Friday night in semi private setting. The resort had a ton of Easter activities for the kids and the grounds are so beautiful to stroll around. The only negatives are that the beds are not very comfortable and the food at the resort isn't as good as you would expect for the price that you pay. This is not the place to go if your a foodie. It's just mediocre. My kids give it five stars and I give it 4.
This resort is Absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend it!! Great hospitality and customer service!!! Staff are very very nice!! Ill keep returning to this resort.
All the amenities are good with the resort. My family and I enjoyed Easter weekend. We are currently at the balloon festival. We are having a blast. The only down side to the resort is the food is cold when it gets to the table. We ordered room service and pizza was cold as well so. But all in all a great experience with family.
Absolutely one of the most beautiful places in Texas and worth the splurge. Tons to do and views that will take your breath away. Its almost like you are in some magical island. Balloon festival next weekend.
Pool felt great! Kids loved the beach. Day of awesome family fun!
