What a joke! Stay away from the Paseo apartments, we've already had to switch rooms due to a broken water heater. Now our "newer" room doesn't have working tvs, no working lights in the bedrooms(that's bc there are no lamps or ceiling fans) and the wifi is down. This is not worth the 300 plus bucks per night!
We had a fabulous time. With three young children the Resort is perfect for a vacation. Kids Club is a huge hit with our youngsters. The pool is so kid friendly too. Food at the hotel restaurant is excellent. And the service is superb A special shout out to Carly who is a fabulous server. And to Scott, the manager, who is all over customer service. Bottom line, we'll be back again soon. And again and again and again.
What a great get a way! Even with a power outage, the staff was on top of things. Way to go Horseshoe Bay for helping make our Memorial memorable!
