Dang great pizza! Fresh ingredients and cozy atmosphere.
In 1972 I went to this location to eat at Everybody's Pizza. I was hooked. I read with remorse that Everybody's Pizza had closed about 3 years ago. I did not know what had replaced it. As I was walking around the campus the day after my 35th reunion, I decided to drop down to the village and get a cold beverage and cool off. I went into the Slice & Pint and I was not disappointed. Slice and Pint never disappoints! Awesome pizza, excellent beer. I highly highly recommend this place to everyone.
The pizza is incredible! I highly recommend the fried mozzarella . The selection of craft beers is great as well. One star deduction for service. Our server was distracted, did not ask everyone at table for order, had to chase down for drinks etc. there was no excuse for this. As a former server I could see: the server had no other tables (mid-afternoon slow period), it was crystal clear she forgot to put in the drink orders . Not liking this place. Took them 15 minutes to even acknowledge us at the door in a half empty restaurant. Then finally at a table to get ignored another 15 minutes. Finally the owner comes over and takes our order. I hope it improves from here.
