This is the WORST pediatrics office in town. The staff is completely incompetent and rude. They always over book, leaving you waiting for literally HOURS. Their office manager, JEANNIE COSTELLO was of no help at all and would NEVER return a phone call. , she is rude and uncouth. The staff is EXTREMELY rude and needs an attitude adjustment. I'm sure it is because they are following suit of their manager JEANNIE COSTELLO. In three years my daughter actually only saw a real doctor there once. The office messed up billing and the last incident made me find a new Doctor. After a visit my daughter got worse. I called and asked to have the Doc call back. No return Call from the Doc.

The doctors here so sweet and compassionate.I can't say the same for the office staff.The office staff was the worst I've experienced ever.Its a shame the doctors and the staff aren't working hand and hand .What ever happened to good old friendly customer service especially in a place designed for sick children? It was a major dissapiontment.
