Was very pleased the second I walked in the door. Receptionists were extremely polite. One of them took me to a room and explained the process of my out of pocket pay in detail that was easy to understand. I saw Dr. Ludwig for my new patient evaluation and he was very attentive and paid close attention to every detail of all my issues (I have a lot). He did a thorough examination and then adjusted me.
