mattress I have made 1 purchase from this location. Selection was large and price range was resonable. They also offered delivery free of charge and pick up of old mattress.
Sleepy Hollow Sleep Shop I recently purchased twin beds at this store. The staff was very helpful & appeared to know their business.The prices are reasonable. I will go back. Recommended.
Doug Vasko Very friendly when shopping but we had an issue with our Tempur-Pedic matress that we bought, went to Sleepy Hollow was told that we had to deal with Tempur-Pedic directly, Got the cold shoulder from store personnel. Tempur-Pedic warranty is a joke read it carefully before you buy. Does not warrant support of their mattress only that it will return to within 1/2" of its original shape when no one is on it.
Very knowledgeable I am not sure where Robert shopped, but my experience at Sleepy Hollow was vastly different. The sales people are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a wide selection of beds at all ranges of prices and they will help you pick out the one that best suits your needs in your price range. I would shop there again!
Too much pressure They offer a huge selection of mattresses and accessories but it all seems over priced although some of their specials are good sometimes. There is a lot of pressure to buy from the sales associates. If you are uncomfortable in a high pressure situation than this isnt the place for you.
