I waited 1 month for an appointment at their Burnaby location. Two hours prior to my appointment I received a call from their technician Nalini Reddy, to tell me I did not need to meet in person with her. She asked if I had watched the video on how to use their testing equipment, and after 3 questions she said that would be sufficient & to pick up the machine prior to the office close. Very dishonest. Sent an estimate to my insurance company and when got paid from insurance company increased the price by $2000. Had hard time getting money returned so I can buy the equipment from another place. Total rip off. Buyer be aware.
Once an appointment is setup they are very prompt to both diagnose and treat sleep apnea. I received a cpap very quickly after completing a sleep test which has improved my sleep dramatically. Jakov in particular is very friendly and is quick to answer any questions
Person answering the call is extremely rude & impatient very difficult to deal with
