This is my opinion. I’m super frustrated by these guys. The man facilitating the testing gave me information that ultimately ended up being false (seemingly for the convenience of their operation) and led to a false negative and now I’m living with this untreated. I even anticipated all this and told him on the spot and he rebuffed it and now here we are. Thanks a lot.
I am extremely impressed by the customer service I received by SleepWorks Medical Inc. From the 1st time I met Asieh, I felt that I was in good hands. Asieh was very professional while warm and welcoming. I felt supported and trusted her expertise as she explained the entire process to me.. She made the whole process from being assessed to obtaining a sleep apnea machine very easy and effortless. I highly recommend going to this clinic.

The team at SleepWorks is great. I was hesitant about getting my machine but they walked me through the steps on how to use, how to maintain it and have been very helpful since getting my sleep machine :)
I've originally purchased a machine through them. Recently, I called to inquire about replacing the mask and to confirm pricing. Unfortunately, the interaction didn't go as smoothly as I hoped. The representatives tone came across as dismissive, and the way she responded made me feel as though I was asking for something free, which wasn't the case.
