Like others I have been leaving messages for over a week trying to get someone to call me back. I even went to their office, which appears to be nothing more than a storefront. At this point I'm not sure this is even a legitimate business. I've asked my Dr. to refer me somewhere else. I can see by their timely response time, this is not something I want to subject myself to. I will be sure to let my insurance companies know not to accept any bills from them as I was never seen let alone contacted.
The most unprofessional office I've done business with in my life. I could write a novel about the things that occurred here.
Company is impossible to get a hold of. I never received the results of my study and they won’t answer or call me back.
Save your time save your money save yourself some grief and just go to someone else. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. They were quick to send us to collections and didn’t even have the right address or phone number then the debt collector tried to bully my husband into paying her instead of us calling sleepworks and trying to get I’ll this out with them. .. then sleepworks was willing to take our payment real quick but then wanted to take forever to send us the paper work we needed until I called corporat... read more
