This company upsells you to a super expensive model of CPAP machine without you knowing it. They're required to give you an itemized list of charges before you leave with a machine, but we didn't know that until later. They didn't give us anything. They told us the machine was only going to cost us a $50 co pay even though we said we had high deductible insurance and we didn't think that was true. PRE-Certify Sleep Study even if total not needed...... – I had an experience with having a sleep study done at SleepWell and I don't want anyone to run into what I did. The study was fine but billing has been a nightmare. Beware: Call your insurance company even if told by the staff at SleepWell that no pre-certification is needed. SleepWell may do the actual study but a physician not from SleepWell reads it. Because of this you receive TWO Charges. One from SleepWell and One from the physician or practice that reads it.
