Initial equipment setup and consultation was straightforward. Resupply is a hassle. Online registration doesn’t work, the company’s voip phone system is unreliable, hold times are long, and securing a resupply is time consuming and unintuitive. Suggest you look for another supplier to meet your ongoing equipment replacements.

First time CPAP and no idea and knowledge about the machines. Rebecca explained to me very kindly and throughly.
Kind and accommodating people here. They will do their best within the limits of the ongoing supply chain problems out there that are limiting the number of CPAP machines available.
Absolutely fantastic. So refreshing to have kind caring staff members. I was able to get a really comfortable mask and adjusted to fit me, which is usually a problem for me since I have a huge head :(.
