Pleasant staff, quick. efficient and knowledgeable. However I was informed they are moving office to San Carlos. They will be offering mail order. We’ll see how that goes.
Holy cow does this company make it hard to interact with their staff. I am glad they seem to think encryption is important but using my relying on public information as encryption keys seems like the worst possible way of implementing it. All of my communication tools use filters to keep unwanted calls, emails, and text messages from cluttering my life. Since all of their communication comes with content like "I've sent you a secure message..." and no actual content in the email it gets filtered. Accessing that communication... read more
