Can't get a hold of anyone while trying to get an appointment. I've been calling during their open hours to no avail. Looking at other reviews seems like I may have dodged a bullet.
Very hard to get a hold of them. I can tell that they're quite busy cuz I see a lot of clients. However I think that they outsource their office to probably somewhere off for that has different hours and it's very hard. Right now I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one but I'm waiting on them to get back to my DME supplier. The DME supplier has been waiting for 2 weeks for their reply. I had been chasing solutions to my exhaustion for years without much success. I came to Dr. Gupta looking for an updated sleep study to confirm sleep apnea so I could pursue another invasive procedure in an attempt to improve my sleep quality. She really listened to me when I described what I had been experiencing and did a little more digging to get the whole picture of my sleep. - I've never been able to reach them via phone. I've called at least 10 times during their open hours + left voicemails and never gotten a call back. - Email communication is sparse and slow. For my last appointment I tried to reschedule by sending several messages via their system and also sent an email where I got no response at all. - Did a sleep study where I was supposed to hear back again with some options. It's been almost two weeks and I haven't heard back at all.
Overall, very disappointing experience. Dr. Gupta was really great and explained everything well and seemed determined to help me out. Unfortunately, their administrative system is severely lacking and mistakes were made that affected my ability to get treatment. They only have one phone number and one email address that takes you to a third-party admin person and they are not reliable. There is no way I could find to actually reach Dr. Gupta directly.
