Unorganized. Difficult to contact. Limited hours only on Wednesday. Billed and less than 30 days was charged fee. Sleep test cost over $500 (with insurance) with no advance discussion. No results shared, but wanted payment. I refused. Results were discussed quickly during a call, sent to me, and told to go to ENT. That's it. Tried to work with them after first incident, but continues to be difficult. Doctor recommended; will be relaying experience. Dr. Gupta is phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, extremely nice and courteous, listens and asks a ton of questions to provide you with the best advice/guidance. Another great appointment.Â
