This is the most unprofessional doctors office we have ever had to deal with. My husband has been trying to get his sleep apnea resolved. Called to schedule appointment told them we wanted he wanted to be seen in Virginia Beach they said okay and then scheduled the appt in Chesapeake anyway. Show up for first visit/consult office is extremely small, the waiting room is smaller than my work office and they are waaaaay overbooked. Called and left message with Theresa 4 days before appointment to confirm and sent an email. Left 3 more messages for her until the day of appointment. Received confirmation texts for appointment and she still canceled my appointment. I was never to talk to her directly. Poor customer service.

I book my follow-up. It took 5 months. I had an emergency. Rescheduled and referral expired. I went to the appointment and was denied treatment.

Ms. Teresa and all the nurses are great. Unfortunately my overall experience wasn’t great, I went in for two sleep studies and after being told I didn’t have narcolepsy (this is great) I was offered ambien to “help me sleep.” I offered to give them print outs of some of my medical history which shows them that I cannot take drugs like this nbecause of the severe reactions I have to them but they didn’t want to see it at all.. so if they had they’d known better than to try to give me this. I was called in to fill a cancelled appointment which complemented my schedule. I arrived at the appropriate time was welcomed and asked to fill out some preliminary paperwork. The technician, Patrick, was both cordial and professional. He showed me to my room for the study and I found it to be bright, clean and comfortable much like a hotel room.
