Since covid the showers are not operational. So, you gotta go home with all the cement in your hair.
This secretary of this location, she’s unprofessional rude. She has no manners whatsoever. I’m about to cancel it. I don’t feel good and I don’t want my son to go there.
I went there with my 5-year-old daughter for a sleep study, and the staff member was very mean and rude . It was extremely disappointing to see a child treated this way. Children should be treated with kindness and patience, especially in a medical setting.
No explanation before the procedure, no ideal planning for who goes to which room, no regard to sleeping child (3) the test is done go home, will not return.
Been here for two sleep studies. It's not fun, but important.
