Nice and clean place. Nurses are very attentive.
This place is a disgrace. I was booked here on my family drs reccomendation. I arrived today, June 22 2026a few minutes before my appointment. The technician/receptionist took my ohip card, and then brought a list of times to book my consultation with Dr Perle on Dec 8, 2026. Due to her accent I thought I misunderstood what she was saying. Finally I understood that they will do a study today, then I will see Dr Perle on December 8th for a consultation. I asked if my Dr gets the report now or after the consultation. Felt like a farm animal.
I brought my autistic son to Sleep Wake Clinic in Scarborough for the second time, and unfortunately our experience was very upsetting. The older staff member handling his sleep study was extremely rude and rough while putting the wires on his body, which made my son very anxious and uncomfortable from the start. Because of how stressed and scared he became, he was unable to sleep during the entire stay. Nita was fantastic. She really made me feel comfortable which was definitely needed as I went by myself and it can be an eerie experience. If I need to do it again, she’s enough to make me come back.
