I went there with my 5-year-old daughter for a sleep study, and the staff member was very mean and rude . It was extremely disappointing to see a child treated this way. Children should be treated with kindness and patience, especially in a medical setting.
No explanation before the procedure, no ideal planning for who goes to which room, no regard to sleeping child (3) the test is done go home, will not return.
Been here for two sleep studies. It's not fun, but important.
Exceeded my expectations! I was well received by the receptionist, by the triage nurse and then by Dr. Perl himself. Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.
The other reviews scared me before my appointment but my experience was excellent, besides trying to fall asleep in an unfamiliar place! Amira was extremely kind, patient, and helpful even when I kept shaking the wires off. The room was clean and the sheets were soft. The bed was more comfortable than I expected it would be. No complaints about the staff or location.
