They make you do a virtual visit with the doctor for your first visit that lasts all of 5 minutes but of course still charge you for. Then the can't seem to file the claim for the visit it properly. I have been dealing with them for over a month and half and the claim still hasn't been filed properly.
Sam the tech was great and made the experience as comfortable as sleeping with dozens of connected wires can be.
