Go elsewhere.... This is the most unproffessional group of personnel I've ever dealt with. They actualy ridicule and laugh at customers, even to the extent of making fictitous appointments. Putting someone on speakerphone and making an fictitous appointment @ 12noon on a sunday {when their closed} then letting the whole office get a good laugh sort of gave it away. remember, on speakerphone, I can hear you as well.
