My initial appointment was much different than my follow up appointment. I had great interactions with everyone until my most recent visit with Debra Mercy. She was extremely short tempered with me. I felt like her attitude was degrading and she was talking down to me until I pointed it out. I felt like she had zero patience or empathy. My call was less than 5 minutes long.
