Went in for a sleep study and the fire alarm glitched for what was apparently the second time that day. I got one of the worst nights sleeps of my entire life that ended an hour earlier than we discussed. Over 700$ wasted on stressful, uncomfortable nothing. I'm probably going to have to get another sleep study done somewhere else. Because I didn't sleep enough to be studied. At no point was I told what assistance I could have requested. I don’t recommend this place. Similar to several other reviews, I went here, paid the copay, answered a few questions and they said I qualified for the sleep study and they would call to schedule. I never heard back! I tried and tried contacting them and finally gave up.

Son muy irresponsibles me hicieron una cita en la oficina de mesquite y cuando fui dijeron que llamaron a todos los pacientes para cancelar y a mi nadie me llamo , y cuando llegue todavia me querian hacer firmar una hoja donde yo habia cancelado, y les dije que por que querian que firmara eso si yo no cancele y me hicieron otra cita en la clinica de Plano y cuando llegue dijeron que no tenian pacientes para ese dia ,ya me hicieron perder dos dias de mi trabajo ,muy mal organizados
I went to this place to get an evaluation for a sleep study on 6/30/21 and paid a copay of $30 thru my insurance. Afterwards they told me they’d call to schedule me a sleep study and haven’t called me nor responded to any messages that I’ve left.
