I was quoted a price of 'around $600' less $100 coupon for a 856 sq. ft rental - ie. final price $500. I was promised that the operative would telephone with a firm price before proceeding. No telephone call, just an invoice for $700. Queried the price and received the $100 discount. No apology for lack of promised telephoned quote - according to them it was my tenant's fault because she didn't remind him he should call and get the go-ahead. I would give these guys 6 out of 5 stars if I could. After three heat treatments from a different company over the past couple of years, they came in and finally got the job done. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Bed bug treatment is quite invasive and I felt completely comfortable and reassured by the professionalism and understanding from each and every member of this stellar team. I would recommend them to any of my friends in need. Thanks Sleep Tight!
