Receiving the CPAP machine itself was fine, but my experience with the mask fitting was very disappointing. I complained about the mask less than two weeks after getting it and was told masks cannot be exchanged and that I'm just not used to it. There is no realistic way to know if a mask will work out for you during a 5 minute fitting. The $350 mask (almost double the online price) caused painful, bleeding sores on the bridge of my nose. Thanks for the help getting the consultation and the machine at short notice. I had a very successful first night. I found the Philips Dreamweaver mask to be very comfortable. Scored 89% on first night!!!
Bad experience, they gave me a small face mask to try it and they're who recommended that size and after I use it and I told them it's small and I'm not comfortable with it they charge me and asked for ($49) to get different one???!!! How am I supposed to know my face mask size???!!!!!!!
