I had an appointment due to my extreme sleep apnea and was fitted accordingly. The front desk was super kind and helpful in helping schedule me and giving me advice. Thank you to the wonderful team at pro resp!
I arrived for my appointment only to be informed, upon arrival, that the consultant was not in due to an injury. While unforeseen circumstances happen, the lack of any prior notice was disappointing, especially given the time taken off work to attend this appointment. A simple phone call would have demonstrated consideration for clients’ schedules and avoided unnecessary disruption. They do what they need to do.
Unfortunately the service and support i received from the staff is next to zero. After they sell you the machine, they never follow up. When I reached out as i had major problems with the mask, i got no support, no return to my emails. Due to my frustration i stopped using the machine for a couple of years due to my frustrations with the machine and lack of support, until i found it detrimental to my health. Receiving the CPAP machine itself was fine, but my experience with the mask fitting was very disappointing. I complained about the mask less than two weeks after getting it and was told masks cannot be exchanged and that I'm just not used to it. There is no realistic way to know if a mask will work out for you during a 5 minute fitting. The $350 mask (almost double the online price) caused painful, bleeding sores on the bridge of my nose.
