I was referred to Sleep Therapeutics in Dartmouth by my doctor because of suspected sleep apnea, and my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I did not feel welcomed at all. The staff came across as dismissive, unfriendly, and unprofessional, and it felt like they had no interest in helping me or even acknowledging my concerns. The worst part was the pricing. They quoted me close to $3,000 for a CPAP machine, mask, and tubing — and even after insurance, I was told I would still have to pay around... read more
