Terrible company. Awful customer service
It may not look like much from the outside (to the point we didn’t even trust that it was open and still in business) BUT we were pleasantly surprised to find a knowledgeable and experienced gentleman who was thorough and patiently guided us to test numerous mattresses until we found a favorites. He wasn’t pushy and even encouraged us to wait and test our top three again tomorrow to see if we stood by our choice! If you are looking for lots of options for mattresses and bed frames, this is the place. If you are looking for a warm and friendly welcoming and great hospitality, don't bother. The man working there acted as if he couldn't be bothered to greet us to show us anything. We left without buying anything.
