I wanted to jump on here for a moment and give Laura at Paramount Apartments a huge shout out for being so patient and communicative. We've lived at this particular building under different management and shes just made the transition for her tenants as smooth as possible. Laura truly cares and it always shows! Thank you for everything Laura.

I'm a property owner who hired Sleep Sound to oversee my properties. They were predatory, charging hidden fees to owners and tenants for every small thing. They were neither responsive to tenants nor to owners. I take great pride in my properties, and treatment of tenants, but if I had left them to Sleep Sound, all of the above would have disintegrated for lack of care.

If you are an owner who does not have a lot of experience with property management companies, I am writing this review for you. I have been a landlord for a long time, and worked with many property management companies. I worked with this company until I fired them. Their slick presentation might reassure you; it tends to make you afraid of what might happen if you don’t hire them. But Sleep Sound did a very poor job of managing my rentals. Unfortunately, I experienced miscommunication while trying to rent an apartment from Sleep Sound. My experience was disappointing, though may not be the norm.
