My Bipap machine started making humming noises as I was breathing, very annoying. They gave me a loaner, had for almost 2 months.However they did give me a loaner, which they charged my insurance $500. , the total bill was $1100.00. I received mine back on Friday, that night the machine started doing the same thing. I had to go all weekend basically without it. They were great for years, until they weren't. I contacted them in February because I was going on Medicare March 1st. They told me I had to call back after I was on Medicare, I called in March and was told I needed to have my doctor send a prescription. After that I call weekly until finally, weeks later, I was told that I had to get a new sleep study because that is what medicare requires.
