The staff is friendly and wonderful. The office is nicely decorated and spacious.
I have never had trouble with this company in 5 years. My insurance does pay and I pay a small monthly amount for 6 months. So sorry others have had trouble. My last company was a nightmare.
If possible I would prefer to give sleep remedies. 0 stars because they are totally unhelpful. I was laid off from my job on January 23rd of 2023 and because I had met my deductible, I was able to go to get a sleep study which my insurance paid for and they did say I had sleep apnea. So I was given a couple names and they were the first one who called me back. Do not do business with this company. I was referred here by my doctor. They “ran my insurance” and told me I’d have $0 out of pocket costs. I get the machine, use it for a couple of months (NO new supplies ever during that time) and I’m slapped with a $500 bill!! I call to ask them why and they say “oh we see where you were told you wouldn’t have any out of pocket cost, but that was wrong!” No phone call or bill in between to give me a heads up either. Horrible customer service.
In office visit went very well. After that it was dreadful. Billing process makes you question their ethics.
