They scheduled me for a sleep study for a Monday night. I arrive, check in and get ready, to be told the office screwed up and didn't schedule an office visit beforehand and that they can't do the study that night. I go home and schedule the office visit for the following Thursday. As I type this, I've been sitting in a room waiting for doctor Najjar for 1.5 hours coming up on 2 hours total time in office. This is the most money hungry establishment ever made ! I just stopped working there a week ago and management was horrible, customers always complained about getting ripped off for insurance money , and the employee termination rate is high . My last day there a patient was choking and the assistant refused to help stating that 'The patient had too many boogers in her nose '.
I'm reviewing for my mom. She never went in to see the Dr. She took one look around from the parking lot, to the dirty front door to the nasty carpets and walls and the dusty broken blinds. Utter neglect for a place that is supposed to be for your lungs. The air quality in the office was stale and she could smell and taste dust. Yuck! No thank you. She left and will go elsewhere.
Nice lung doctor the staff is first class. Always concerned about the patients well being

It takes forever to get called back to be seen had appointment las Monday 10/3/16 took so long had to reschedule... today 10/10/16 appointment was @1:15 and just got called back @ 2:15 still waiting to be seen!!! And they wanted to do a test I was not advised about!!! Not happy at all!!! And all this just to get a new mask
