At 42 years old I haven’t ever left a google review. I am angry enough that this is my first. The sales folks in the store are very kind and helpful, but their parent company is absolutely terrible. Last Friday our new $10k sleep number bed was delivered. The delivery crew was not able to communicate in English, so there was no instruction about how to use the bed or app. After about an hour one side deflated.
