The people who worked at the local store were very knowledgeable about the products and worked tirelessly to help us in attaining what we needed for our final purchase. i just wish that the people at the Customer Service dept. more in tune with what the customer wanted. After wasting two hours of my time I had to go back to the store to get what i wanted for the price I was quoted. I hopr I never have to deal with those people again.
Regular maintenance on a $6,000 bed is costing more than needed, as far as comfort, you need the right space to own one. Best sleep in my life I'd recommend them to anyone.
