I had high hopes for Sleep Number, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. I spent nearly $4,000 between the mattress, pillows, shipping, and related fees on what I believed would be a premium sleep setup. Unfortunately, the mattress that arrived felt nothing like the one I tested in the showroom. The in-store model felt supportive and high quality.
