Great experience! I walked into the store only wanting to look at beds and check for pricing, with the hope of upgrading my bed in 1-2 years. I was greeted by Shannon, a Sleep Professional at the store. I explained to her that I wasn't planning to purchase a bed, nor did I want to waste her time- as I was simply on the hunt for information and knowledge on beds that were available. Expensive and I have to wait a month for delivery. Matt the salesman was a nice gentleman, I won’t have the beds for a month from now, I hope it’s money well spent?
Had an excellent experience with the staff in the Vernon Hills store over two visits. They were open and transparent when we had questions and seemed to want us to get the most sleep and financial value from our purchase. Our mattress (P6) won’t be delivered for a while but we look forward to the rest once it’s setup.
Jason is a great salesman with attention to detail and understanding what we were looking for.
