Alisha is very patient with elderly people that need help figuring out Apps she took a lot of time with us to get us the right bed
WOW is all I can say about Alicia and this store. I was having issues with my bed and I called the store and got Alicia. She walked me through trouble shooting, sent me several videos on how to fix my issue and then texted me throughout the day, a Sunday by the way, until I was able to fix it. The customer service is unparalleled. Highly recommend.
