Went in looking for a new mattress and Maleah helped my wife and I out. She was very knowledgeable on their products. We found the mattress that I believe will solve my mattress-hopping problem, as I've been through three in the past 2 yrs. The staff here were super nice and weren't pushy or trying to upsell us. We bought one and are looking forward to delivery.
Alisha was so helpful and very knowledgeable on all the different beds with all the features. She took her time and explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable with my purchase. The customer service was outstanding not only did she answer the questions but when above and beyond to get the answers that she did not have, she was very well educated in the product and was very informing of all the options and things that couldn’t be done in order to come up with a plan to solve the problem.
