Uriel was great, explained how everything worked clearly and concise. No sales pitch, just information and allowed us to test the beds (I was wondering how that would work but it was cool). We purchased the bed that worked for us, no upsell, great price, very happy!
If you’re thinking about buying a Sleep Number bed, I highly recommend asking for Alisha at the Harker Heights location! I first stopped by in November 2025 just to try out the beds with absolutely no intention of buying one that day. From the very beginning, Alisha was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured.
