It was the presentation that convinced me to invest in my Sleep Number. I would have like a quicker delivery.
You get the bed and they tell you it has a 10 year warranty so any issues with the system are covered. Wrong, false, lies. Give years in the bed starts failing to maintain air to the comfort level, you go to them and they ask you to do a bunch of troubleshooting like some kind of tech and check hoses and completely undo your bed and mattress. You do it still nothing. You call again the they say you have to replace parts, but oh wait the warranty is prorated so now the cost is on you, and oh yeah no one comes to help you have... read more
