If you are thinking about a new bed, you have to check out Sleep Number! In November of 2024 I injured my T12 vertebrae in a backwards fall into a deep tub when a bathmat slipped. I could feel my spine compress and have actually lost a half-inch in height. Walking is now fine but I could not get comfortable in bed so sleep became a serious problem.
