Friendly, helpful staff. If you have to leave a voicemail staff calls back promptly. Needed a power cord for my bed and Adam was able to find a new one quickly.
I really wasn’t expecting this kind of customer service. The manager helped find a favourable solution to a concern I’d been dealing with for a long time, and the entire team at the Apple Valley store has been incredible. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. I’m very grateful for the experience and will happily recommend this store to anyone interested
