We very much enjoyed our experience with Andrew in the Apple Valley store. The setup of the showroom and Andrew’s laid-back nature in going through all the beds with us made it feel like a relaxing, enjoyable experience. We have very high praise for our visits aa we researched and ultimately determined that a sleep number bed will be a good fit for us. We made a purchase and now look forward to its delivery.
I really appreciated working with Kelly. Her non-pressure sales approach is very informative, helping you explore all possibilities and answer all your questions. Thanks for a great experience, Kelly.
John was an amazing sales rep answering all of our questions, asking us his own to help us get the right bed. And even helped us figure out the payment options.
Friendly, helpful staff. If you have to leave a voicemail staff calls back promptly. Needed a power cord for my bed and Adam was able to find a new one quickly.
I really wasn’t expecting this kind of customer service. The manager helped find a favourable solution to a concern I’d been dealing with for a long time, and the entire team at the Apple Valley store has been incredible. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. I’m very grateful for the experience and will happily recommend this store to anyone interested
