I visited the store today because I was having some issues with my bed, The gentleman Tim greeted me right away with a warm smile was able to help me get a warranty claim started for my bed, I also purchased a sound machine, Tim was awesome and helped me with all my questions and even explained the new products they’ve gotten in recently. From now on, I will visit this for anything I need.
Tim has been excellent to work with and really listen to your needs and helpful and thoughtful
Our experience with Chad was very pleasant and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We are looking forward to better sleep!
