The woman that sold me the bed was really nice and explained things well. However the process of receiving the bed is a joke. Was going to be 1 month to receive the bed. Agreed to it despite the disappointment. Now, the delivery and set up was to be tomorrow, even after THEY confirmed it again 2 days ago. Receive a call today, that something didn't come in and they needed to reschedule. The soonest would be August 6. Chris was very knowledgeable about the beds and their differences and similarities. He was patient. He didn't rush us. And he seemed very much focused on the best bed for our individual needs.
