2 1/2 yrs ago we spent over 10K dollars for our sleep number bed. Currently the left side foot warmer not working. Called customer service and they said they were going to charge $190 for a service call/tech. Asked for a courtesy service call. They refused. Terribly over price bed & too expensive for service tech. Beware if you are considering in purchasing Sleep number bed. Overpriced. Look around for compatible beds that are less expensive and have better service.

Anytime we go to the store we are greeted with friendly faces and smiles. They know who we are and take care of any questions or requests.

Customer service from the company itself is awful. We have a problem with a mattress we have had less than a month, and they want to charge us for a service charge to come look at it. When you call customer service they can’t speak English. I talked to a supervisor named Donald and he was terrible and has no people skills. The local store people are great though. The product is good. Christy, the store manager is awesome.
