We enjoyed the experience of getting to our sleep number. Our sales person, Jordan was nice and treated us with respect. Then, when we made the purchase, he was very helpful in making bedding choices. We are disappointed that the mattress pad in on back order and delivery is so far off, but we can live with it.
Great customer service & they helped us find a bed in our budget with everything we needed. I haven't slept this well in years!
It was a pleasant experience. The lady I dealt with knew her business and she was very knowledgeable and understood what I was needing. We went over several different plans and I chose the one that I bought of course. She was very friendly and she was knowledgeable if she did not rush the sale at all absolutely no pressure from her.
Very nice experience! Manager Christy Clark greeted us warmly and made sure she understood us and what we wanted. She then suggested two groups of items, explained thoroughly how the components in each group would meet our needs, and answered all of our questions. We are extremely happy with our final selection of one of the two groups, including the price, terms, warranty, and delivery and setup.
