Anytime we go to the store we are greeted with friendly faces and smiles. They know who we are and take care of any questions or requests.
Customer service from the company itself is awful. We have a problem with a mattress we have had less than a month, and they want to charge us for a service charge to come look at it. When you call customer service they can’t speak English. I talked to a supervisor named Donald and he was terrible and has no people skills. The local store people are great though. The product is good. Christy, the store manager is awesome.

Would highly recommend this place if your looking for a great night's sleep! Excellent customer service
Great Product, Great People, but their warranty and exchange policies leave a lot to be desired. This is a high risk purchase for two reasons. One. You actually have only a 100% coverage for two years. After 2 years you are responsible for 25% of the cost going up 4% every year. So you could very well end up paying 100s of dollars to repair a bed while you are still paying it off. That is not customer friendly and offers no peace of mind what so ever. Two.
