As long time Sleep Number clients we were excited to upgrade our sleep experience. The gal at the store was super friendly, professional and helpful explaining all the new products and benefits of the sleep systems. The pricing was great and we are looking forward to many years in our new bed. We highly recommend this store and the Sleep Number System!
We purchased a C4 mattress from this store that was delivered on 7/1/25. On 7/22/25, I called Sleep Number to request help due to the mattress losing air on one side - it would go completely flat in the middle of the night. I was told the earliest a technician could be sent to help us was on 8/5/25 -TWO WEEKS later! As the only bed in the apartment, we desperately need to get this bed to function properly.
