She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through different options without any pressure. Christina explained everything clearly and helped us find the right fit for our comfort. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend working with her if you’re considering a Sleep Number bed.
My Husband and I were in need of a new mattress, we looked around and decided on Sleep Number, Ms. Kim was very helpful friendly and attentive to our needs she gave us information and time to make a decision. Ms Kim was not pushy which we loved and she did talk bad about other brands which we found refreshing .
Service was excellent. We felt welcomed as we entered the building and all our questions was answered politely. The bed felt amazing. I am excited for whenever it arrives
We took quite a long time to make a decision and spoke to Jackie numerous times. She was very, very patient with us and spent awhile explaining everything to us without a hard sell. Highly recommend this woman as a great salesperson who really knows her stuff!!
