Time well spent. We spent approximately 2 hours talking and trying the beds in store. The sales staff wasn’t pushy… they asked several questions to get an idea of where to start with our bed choices. With the end of model year sale, we got a great deal on a new bed. The bed was installed one week later. The delivery staff was professional and did a great job setting up the bed. They even trained us on how to use the Smart features. Would definitely recommend sleep number for their service and attention to detail.

John was very knowledgeable about your products and ask question to get me what I wanted. I had a bed 9 years old from qvc the i10. Tried to call customer service both times closed. John is a good employee.
