Denisse did an excellent job navigating my mattress needs over the phone, including coordinating a three-way call with my parent and then with my fiancé. Denisse was consistently professional, patient, kind, pleasant, friendly, effective and knowledgeable.
John in the Morgantown WV store was very friendly and helpful. He demonstrated and told us about all the different beds. He was very knowledgeable. He left us alone so we could talk to each other and never once pressured us. It was an overall positive experience.
