Three of Sleep Number’s core values: Integrity, Innovation, and Courage — all of which were missing at the Morgantown store with my parents experience. The store manager, Denise, sold my parents a new mattress and confidently told them it would work with their 2014 FlexFit base. This was critical information, as my mother must sleep upright for medical reasons. Shaheerah and Denise were amazingly informative! Shaheerah assisted is with choosing the perfect bed for us! She was sweet and very patient and highly knowledgeable about the various sleep options. We were very very pleased with our experience at Sleep Number!! Thank you so much Shaheerah!!!
Denisse was our Salesperson and she was outstanding! Personally plus, excellent product knowledge, and great demonstration skills! She was dynamic and met all of our needs! Great experience and we bought a new bed to boot!!!
