John and Danika were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. John demonstrated each mattress as I tried it. He found my optimum sleep number range on the bed that projects pressure points. He never tried to “hard sell” me, although, as a present owner of a 20 year old Sleep Number bed, I didn’t need much convincing. I was not prepared to make a purchase until the end of the year. John Hecker at the Morgantown, WV store is truly outstanding. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to selling. My Godfather has had bilateral hip replacements and faces other health issues, and he struggles to enter REM sleep in his recliner. I got tired of seeing him in pain, so I basically persuaded him to look at beds. Mr. John took the time to educate us rather than just pushing for a sale, and we ended up with a perfect fit.
