I am grateful that they let me in, I had been looking online and wanted to purchase a bed but didn’t want to not knowing which bed I liked best. Alan showed me the different models and gave me the break down. He was very helpful through the entire process and very patient considering I thought I could use my care credit card to purchase the bed, which I learned I could not, but that was ok because I still was able to purchase the bed. I've been a sleep number customer for many years. In fact I just purchased my second bed. I had a C2 Queen and my newest is a P6 King. I am very excited for my new bed to arrive. The staff at the Santa Ana location is great, very friendly and knowledgeable. I general Sleep Number is amazing to work with. Even down the road if you need customer support they jump in and help.
