Sleep Number Carrie’s amazing products and provides great customer service. We are very pleased with our experience.
Very knowledgeable staff. Delivery was delayed but store staff was very apologetic. Even the customer service reps were kind and understanding when I called concerning the delay. Delivery guys were very nice, helpful and QUICK!

The service at the store was great, the delivery was on time and quick, and the representative that went over the app was great. Overall, it was a good experience. We just finished our 4th night on our split top i10 and so far so good. The sleep number that we figured out at the store seems to be spot on for me. I, also, love how the bed will adjust when I roll over on my side. It was not loud or disruptive.
This is a great company and always responsive. Never have an issue with them doing the right thing

My husband and I just purchased a sleep number bed from Lenexa, Kansas. We had amazing customer service. Dan took great care of us in helping find the right bed. We really appreciate that he took the time to get to know us. The team that brought in the bed were also very polite and it took no time to set up. My husband and I love this bed!! It was so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. I would highly recommend!!
