The customer service was great and they had great information when answering questions.
Comfortable, love the foot warmer. Just not worth the price in my opinion. Not to mention that it doesn't even come with a remote. You have to go through the app or you have to spend even more money on remotes. Sheets are too expensive. The pillow I got went flat; they sent me another one but it did the same. Customer service was great. Our sales person has not checked on us at all.

Very condescending! My fine motor skills aren't great and it takes me a minute to message because I have to think things out.
